Technical springs are used in many shapes and sizes. Since they are heavily loaded, the surfaces have to meet the highest demands. AGTOS has already designed and built a large number of shot blasting machines for the sector of spring manufacturers. The new brochure presents solutions and gives suggestions. It is available in several languages.
The old church clock in the village of Laer in the Münster region became its own house. In 1891 the clock was built in Recklinghausen and first replaced in 1994. The workgroup of the home team placed the clock into stock and now, with the aid of many helpers, allowed the new commissioning of the mechanics. Previously, the parts were carefully cleaned using blasting technology.
Studying and completing an apprenticeship at the same time? This sounds very stressful for many people. “It is purely a question of organization”, says Marius Lembeck. He is about to graduate from his dual Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Münster and can look back on eight fully-packed semesters.
Together with 8 other companies, AGTOS was exhibiting on the joint stand of the VDMA in hall 6. Many customers, mostly international, were searching for information about new developments in the blasting technology.
Special attention was given to the exhibited drum shot blast machine. Additionally, a jury selected this machine to be a highlight of the fair and marked it with a banner.
Recently, a wire mesh belt shot blast plant has been successfully installed for the automotive supply industry in the USA and handed over to the costumer. Mario Hintzen and Julian Klemm from the AGTOS team are pleased about the good team work with the costumer.
A large shot blast plant is currently being installed in a foundry in Turkey again. We are talking about a continuous overhead rail shot blast machine with 4 turbines each with 30 kW drive power. It can treat work pieces and work piece hangers up to a width of 1,70 m and a height of 2 m. We are very happy about the good installation progress in this German-Turkish project!
Interested plant managers and operators recently visited our facility in Emsdetten. On this occasion they were informed about the advantages of pre-blasting casted work pieces with the AGTOS Ricochet blaster.
Sales engineer Andreas Sterthaus (2. f.l.) presented the concept and was able to convince our guests with some blasting trials. This machine is one of several AGTOS shot blast machines which are available for testing purposes.
Excitement caused by technology. From now on, we can present brand new models of our demonstration machines to our visitors. After the installation of a rubber belt tumble shot blast machine of type MG 0090, the newest hanger-type shot blast machine of type HT 11-13 is now also ready for testing...
During the fair Euroblech in Hannover from 25 to 29 October 2016, our fair team met many international visitors.
During the AGTOS Sales Days, the Sales Department informed our domestic and foreign sales partners about new developments in our company and the blasting technology.
Recently, two apprentices from AGTOS received their official final certificates. Antonius Heitmann, CEO, was very glad to hand out the certificates to these staff members and warmly congratulated them on passing their exams.
On 25 and 26 November 2015, professional experts and decision-makers from the industrial painting technology met for the congress “besser lackieren.” in Bad Neuheim in order to discuss about novelties in the areas of innovation, performance, efficiency, ecology and social activities which are closely linked with the painting process and to exchange personal experiences.

On the occasion of the Children’s Day, an art contest has recently been organised in our plant in Konin.
Many visitors have watched the assembly demonstrations of our high performance turbines at the AGTOS booth. They were surprised about how simple and quick this service operation can be carried out.
Prof. Dr. Harald Bösch of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the FH Münster supervised the student Max Filor during his Master Thesis. The thesis has been prepared in close cooperation with the companies trilogik and AGTOS in Emsdetten.
Recently, Antonius Heitmann, CEO of AGTOS, congratulated Timo Schneuing (Project manager) and Mario Hintzen (Service engineer) on their ten year anniversary of their commitment to AGTOS.
Recently plant manager Jochen Tertelmann received the acceptance for the continuous overhead rail shot blast system delivered by AGTOS.
