Together with 8 other companies, AGTOS was exhibiting on the joint stand of the VDMA in hall 6. Many customers, mostly international, were searching for information about new developments in the blasting technology.
Special attention was given to the exhibited drum shot blast machine. Additionally, a jury selected this machine to be a highlight of the fair and marked it with a banner.
Recently, a wire mesh belt shot blast plant has been successfully installed for the automotive supply industry in the USA and handed over to the costumer. Mario Hintzen and Julian Klemm from the AGTOS team are pleased about the good team work with the costumer.
A large shot blast plant is currently being installed in a foundry in Turkey again. We are talking about a continuous overhead rail shot blast machine with 4 turbines each with 30 kW drive power. It can treat work pieces and work piece hangers up to a width of 1,70 m and a height of 2 m. We are very happy about the good installation progress in this German-Turkish project!
Interested plant managers and operators recently visited our facility in Emsdetten. On this occasion they were informed about the advantages of pre-blasting casted work pieces with the AGTOS Ricochet blaster.
Sales engineer Andreas Sterthaus (2. f.l.) presented the concept and was able to convince our guests with some blasting trials. This machine is one of several AGTOS shot blast machines which are available for testing purposes.

During the AGTOS Sales Days, the Sales Department informed our domestic and foreign sales partners about new developments in our company and the blasting technology.
Recently, two apprentices from AGTOS received their official final certificates. Antonius Heitmann, CEO, was very glad to hand out the certificates to these staff members and warmly congratulated them on passing their exams.
On 25 and 26 November 2015, professional experts and decision-makers from the industrial painting technology met for the congress “besser lackieren.” in Bad Neuheim in order to discuss about novelties in the areas of innovation, performance, efficiency, ecology and social activities which are closely linked with the painting process and to exchange personal experiences.

Prof. Dr. Harald Bösch of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the FH Münster supervised the student Max Filor during his Master Thesis. The thesis has been prepared in close cooperation with the companies trilogik and AGTOS in Emsdetten.
