Analytics services

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). The statistics provided by this service are used to help analyse and improve our website. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer to help analyse your use of the website. The information generated by these cookies about your use of this website is normally transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. However, if the IP anonymisation function is activated on this website, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google has certified to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework for such cases. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to analyse how you use the website, to generate reports about your website activities and to provide further services to the website operator associated with the use of the website and of the internet. The legal basis for this is provided by Art. 6 I (1) f) GDPR. The IP address transferred from your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

In addition, you can refuse the transmission of data relating to your usage of the website (including your IP address) by the cookie to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link:(http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).

You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by contradicting cookies via the Consent Manager.

Further information about terms of use and data protection is available at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies. Please note that our website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizelp” in order to ensure that IP addresses are only used in anonymised form (so-called IP masking).

We have concluded a contract with Google covering contract data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities with regard to the use of Google Analytics.

You have the right to object to the creation of the user profiles by the provider of the respective plugin. We use plugins with the intention of optimising our website and our service and making them more interesting for users. The legal basis for the use of plugins is provided by Art. 6 I (1) f) GDPR.

Use of Facebook plugins

On our website we use plugins provided by the social network facebook.com (hereinafter referred to as “Facebook”). Facebook is a company of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. If you click on the Facebook “Like” button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Facebook profile. This means that Facebook can attribute your visit to our pages to your user account. Please note that as the provider of the pages we receive no information about the content or use of the transmitted data from Facebook. For more information, please refer to Facebook’s data privacy policy at http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.
