Concrete shot blast machines

Technical data

Possible applications of AGTOS concrete shot blast machines (type BG)

These machines are also known as concrete part blasting machines, as they are mainly used for processing paving and edge parts as well as concrete slabs and steps. The aim is to refine the surface of the workpieces. The mineral components of the concrete are removed by blasting. This gives the surface an elegant and valuable appearance.

Walking beam shot blast machine Product programme

Our standard program of concrete shot blast machines feature process widths from 600 mm to 1250 mm.

The choice of the appropriate machine concept depends on your work pieces, the required level of performance and last but not least on your specific needs regarding an optimized production process.

If the task cannot be solved with a standard machine, we will develop a customised machine concept for you.

Please send us your detailed enquiry. Our experienced team will be very pleased to give you any information you may need.

How it works

The operating sequence for concrete shot blast machines

The diagram on the left shows the path of the workpieces through the AGTOS blasting system. You can count on us to always consider the optimal solution for your workpiece. In doing so, we take into account the factors of time, cost and material. This is how you optimise your production.

The workpieces are placed on the conveyor belt on the infeed side using a handling device. After release by the machine operator, the conveyor belt moves forward by one batch at a preset speed. The concrete parts, for example, are blasted in the system.
1
After the blasting process, the abrasive is blown off by a high-pressure blower using a height-adjustable nozzle. The use of handling devices for loading and unloading ensures a flexible production process and a high material output.
2
The infeed and outfeed sluices are equipped with wear-resistant rubber curtains for sealing. After passing through the system, the finished parts are transported to the outlet side, where they are removed again.
3
The abrasive keeps circulating and is cleaned to allow continuous use. Via the abrasive dosing device the cleaned abrasives, coming from the abrasive silo, arrives at the high performance turbines.
4
A fan generates the necessary negative pressure for dust-free operation of the blasting systems. The extracted air is cleaned with a filter system.
