You can download the AGTOS app free of charge from the Google Play Store and the App Store and opt for immediate support and information in the event of a service call. With just a few clicks, you can be connected to a service employee via the app from your tablet or smartphone and have the opportunity to ask your questions and obtain the information you need about your blasting system. Photos, videos and documentation on the processing status of blasting technology services are exchanged in real time. The app is also worthwhile for small questions, as billing is based on actual usage and is therefore performance-orientated. All content is documented and is therefore available for you to view even after the service has been completed.

Every blasting system has wear parts that wear out over time and need to be replaced accordingly. Even if the stressed area of Agtos blasting technology is protected with replaceable wear plates, complete wear prevention cannot be ruled out. Here you will find high-quality and wear-resistant spare parts for the blasting chamber, for the turbines and brushes as well as filter cartridges. All spare parts are of sustainable and robust quality so that you can maintain the value of the blasting system and ensure a long service life. If it becomes necessary to replace components during inspection and maintenance, we have the right spare parts on offer. By the way: Many spare parts are also suitable for blasting machines made by other manufacturers.

Inspection

Your wheel blasting system will be professionally inspected, regardless of whether it was produced by us or by a third-party manufacturer. All results and recommendations are meticulously and clearly documented and passed on directly to our customers. All assemblies and actions are listed in the report and you can see what was included in the inspection and to what extent. The current machine condition and repair recommendations are included in the information. This way, you know in which areas immediate action is required and which assemblies should be repaired or replaced in the foreseeable future. Minor work is included in the inspection service and is carried out immediately. For more extensive repairs, an appointment is made and the customer is informed of the scope and costs.
